Black and Light Studio is the perfect natural light photography space to host your holiday mini sessions and portrait marathons. We have so much in store for you this year including new furniture, props and decor. Bookings are happening now, most weekends are close to being sold out, so book now. And remember, give yourself enough time to set up and tear down.
These scenes are examples of what you can create in the studio. These serve as inspiration and are not pre-set in the studio. All props and backdrops you see are available as part of your reservation. As always, you are welcome to use our studio scene images to promote your sessions.

SEPTEMBER 2024
WEEK 1: Plan & Conceptualize: Brainstorm creative holiday scenes and themes for marketing materials and sessions at Black and Light Studio.
WEEK 2: Scene Setup: Design and create captivating holiday sets in the studio, ensuring availability for early weekday bookings. Weekends are more than likely sold out.
WEEK 3: Pre-Marketing: Tease upcoming holiday sessions at Black and Light Studio on social media with behind-the-scenes shots of set creation.
WEEK 4: Early Bird Booking: Open early bird bookings for holiday mini sessions and full family portraits, securing a spot before we're sold out for the year.
OCTOBER 2024
WEEK 1-2: Shooting Sessions: Begin capturing captivating holiday images at Black and Light Studio for marketing materials, with a focus on mini sessions.
WEEK 3: Sneak Peeks: Share teaser images from the Black and Light Studio sessions on social media to generate excitement.
WEEK 4: Mini Session Marketing: Launch a full-scale marketing campaign for holiday mini sessions, emphasizing limited availability.
NOVEMBER 2024
WEEK 1: Mini Session Promotion: Offer limited-time discounts or incentives for Black and Light Studio bookings to encourage early reservations.
WEEK 2-3: Full Family Portraits: Shift focus to capturing heartwarming full family holiday portraits at Black and Light Studio.
